Julian Lewis is a five-star quarterback at the University of Colorado and one of the most decorated recruits in the Class of 2025. A unanimous top-10 quarterback nationally, Lewis made headlines early in his high school career at Carrollton High School in Georgia, where he reclassified from the 2026 to the 2025 class and compiled a remarkable 39-4 record as a three-year starter. Under the guidance of head coach Joey King, Lewis amassed 11,010 passing yards (7th all-time in Georgia) and 144 touchdown passes (5th all-time), despite only playing three seasons. 

 

Lewis is a two-time Gatorade Georgia Football Player of the Year, joining Trevor Lawrence as the only player in state history to earn the honor twice. He was also named the 2024 MaxPreps First-Team All-American and helped lead Carrollton to a top-10 national ranking. As a freshman, Lewis was named the MaxPreps National Freshman of the Year and followed that up with National Sophomore of the Year honors, showcasing consistency and elite performance year over year. 

 

Highly ranked by all major recruiting services, including a No. 2 national ranking by ESPN, Lewis is the highest-rated commit in Colorado history and the fourth top-25 prospect to commit under Coach Deion “Prime” Sanders.
